Star Trek: The Next Generation: X-Men: Planet X
I finished the book. There was some fun in the first half when the author is just playing around bouncing characters off each other but once the plot kicks in it rapidly goes rapidly downhill.

Highlights include Wolverine torturing a guy off-page and Riker and Picard being basically fine with it, Colossus learning not to be prejudiced against cops, a holodeck simulation of Xavier agreeing to help cure all the Star Trek world mutants so we can get back the status quo, and the final revelation for the plot being "Q did it."
